These terms of use set out the rules for accessing and using the molaa.app website, published by Cortex Agency SARL.

By browsing the website or using its forms, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website presents Molaa, management software (ERP) sold as a per-module subscription. It lets you book a demo, contact the team and support the project.

Molaa is currently in its pilot phase. The modules, features and timelines shown may change.

The website is free to access, subject to an internet connection whose costs remain yours. The publisher may suspend access, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the forms for fraudulent, abusive or unsolicited advertising purposes. The publisher may disregard any clearly abusive request.

Donations are voluntary and given without anything in return. They grant no subscription, access or feature, and are non-refundable, except for an obvious amount error reported within a reasonable time.

The website and its content are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or reuse is prohibited.

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the website, nor for the content of third-party websites it links to.

The publisher may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website on the date of your visit.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Douala.
