02Data we collect
Demo form: full name, company, industry, WhatsApp number, the modules you're interested in and, if you wish, a message.
Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
Technical data: like any website, our host processes connection data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the service secure and running.
03Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used only to reply to your request, organise a demo and follow up on our conversations. This processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
04Recipients
Your data is accessible to the Cortex Agency SARL team responsible for replying to you, and to our technical providers (website hosting, form handling), who act on our instructions.
05Transfers outside Cameroon
Our host, Vercel Inc., may process data on servers located outside Cameroon, notably in Europe and the United States. These transfers are limited to what is needed to run the website.
06Retention period
Demo and contact requests are kept for at most three years after our last exchange, then deleted. The host's technical logs are kept for a limited time, according to its own rules.
07Your rights
Under applicable Cameroonian law, in particular Law No. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 on cybersecurity and cybercrime, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@molaa.app. We reply within one month at most.
09Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when new services open. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
